Worst experience ever! The cashiers didn't tell the people in line the register was having an error. Never brought another cashier to help and waited over a half hour standing in line. Awful customer service! I will drive across town from now on! #nevergoingback #bluelightnotsospecial

I shop at K-Mart all the time the employees are very polite and helpful the store is always clean and the prices aren't bad.

Used to shop here quite a bit, i do not any longer. Its a, absolutely no where else open, type of store. The customer service rivals At&t, always long lines with only 1 clerk, registers seem to take forever to process a card, and the worst is they insist on you having a members card. I loathe the members card, its a great marketing info gathering tool and nothing more.

Fast courteous service on some days the store seems to be understaffed. I helped myself in the electrical department online was around. The people at the cash registers and the customer service desk the were politely courteous.
