Visited for a slow leak based on Google reviews. Excellent experience: great service, clear explanations, no push for sales, staff were professional, friendly, and informed. Wait time was longer because store was busy on a Saturday, but as I watched and waited for my car, staff were literally running to get cars from the lot to the bay. It was a little bit like watching a pit crew at a professional race, and they were clearly enjoying their work. Great service from Matt. Highly recommended.

I went in with a flat due to a nail, and from the gate their customer service was above and beyond! Ren was great! He explained how tire tread life works, how much mine had left and was very thorough about how my specific tires hold up. They were very busy, yet still got me in and out super quick. Every single person there was friendly and working very quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. They rotated and balanced my tires, and fixed the flat. When they sent me off, I asked how much I owed them and they said not a cent!!! Highly recommend them, and I will definitely will be revisiting them for all of my tire needs!!

Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to earn my business and totally succeeded. All in all they've earned themselves a client for life. I'll never shop anywhere else. Fair prices, lots of options, vacuumed out my vehicle, and not once did I feel judged about my budget, or manipulated into buying something more expensive. It. Was. Awesome!!!

So this is a good store! I like the guys that work there as I was in town with my Subaru Legacy and had a flat and rolled in there at closing time, they stayed and helped me put on my spare, now I was impressed! But the 4stars is because I had bought the $100 extra free tire replacement program and the tire that went flat was because of side wall damage so it wasn't fixable. I asked for my free tire and guess what!! Yes 1 free but because it's 4wd they said they could only do it if I bought 3 new ones to replace the others so they were matching (my old set was like at 50%) so I would not recommend the free tire replacement because it looks like just a money game for them

Spent $1000 in tires and they didn't bother to spray the rims off? Tires are great, service was great, wheels were put back on the car looking more dirty. Took me 30 seconds to wipe them with a soapy rag and another 30 seconds to spray them with a hose. Just a little disappointed. Not a deal breaker, but greater attention to detail would likely make customers happier.

Fabulous store! It's very clean and tidy. You won't find that grungy , sticky layer of automotive grease and tire dust that can usually be found at places like this.
